IF you are planning to sing in the Convention Chorus OR Collegiate Chorus, you must purchase your music packets PRIOR to arriving in Nashville. They will mail them directly to you. Please call Beethoven & Company at 850.894.8700 or click the link below. They already have packets prepared to mail out. Order Choral Music NEWS REGARDING THE HOTEL The Inn @ Opryland is sold out. We HAVE blocked a small number of additional rooms at a secondary hotel. The hotel information is below. They have rooms available from July 28-August 1 for $124 per night. It is within walking distance of the Inn @ Opryland and they also have a shuttle service. Mention the NANM Convention/National Association of Negro Musicians. Although slightly more expensive, we have negotiated a complimentary breakfast and free wifi into the contract. ROOMS ARE LIMITED SO BOOK TODAY!!!! They will be released on Wednesday, July 17, 2013.
